Frequently Asked
Why You Need a Home Inspection
If you are a future home buyer or if you are selling your home. For Buyers – it helps you know what issues you might be getting into. For sellers – it helps you get your home ready for sale and find any issues before a buyer’s inspector does.
Do You Have Supra Key Access?
Yes. We have full Supra Key access when needed. This is typically for vacant homes when the agent is not able to be present though.
When Should I Contact You For My Inspection?
1) After you’ve entered into contract to purchase a home (there is a short time period where you can hire a Home Inspector).
2) When you are someone who wants a first-hand look at their home prior to listing/putting it on the market (if needed). This can help to avoid potential delays in the sale/purchase of your home.
Do You Work With Investors Too?

Do You Work With Mortgage Companies As Well?
