We have performed thousands of inspections over nearly 3 decades – and you will be hard-pressed to find anyone who knows homes as well as we do. We perform thorough home inspections, and then we provide you with a detailed report that helps you negotiate issues, but also helps you understand your home.

Swimming Pool Inspections
Buying a home with a swimming pool? A swimming pool can bring years of fun to your family – but can be very expensive to fix if there are undetected issues when you move in. Hire us to perform an initial, visual swimming pool inspection during your next home inspection for an additional fee to identify issues that an expert may need to further inspect or repair.
Why You Need a Home Inspection
If you are a future home buyer or if you are selling your home. For Buyers – it helps you know what issues you might be getting into. For sellers – it helps you get your home ready for sale and find any issues before a buyer’s inspector does.
Do You Have Supra Key Access?
Yes. We have full Supra Key access when needed. This is typically for vacant homes when the agent is not able to be present though.
When Should I Contact You For My Inspection?
1) After you’ve entered into contract to purchase a home (there is a short time period where you can hire a Home Inspector).
2) When you are someone who wants a first-hand look at their home prior to listing/putting it on the market (if needed). This can help to avoid potential delays in the sale/purchase of your home.
Do You Work With Investors Too?
Yes. We understand that investors usually have a tight time frame that we are happy to accommodate.
Do You Work With Mortgage Companies As Well?
Yes, some mortgage lenders require a Home Inspection during the refinancing of your home.
What About Builders/Developers - Do You Work With Them?
Yes. If you’re having a home built, we can do a Home Inspection after the Builder says their work is complete (prior to your acceptance). Secondly, if you’re the Builder we can do “phase” inspections or a complete home inspection when all work is done, including all the interior and exterior aspects (Siding/Soffit/Fascia/Paint/Electrical/HVAC/Plumbing/Roof/Finish grading)
